Risk Assessments for Workshop Week 2011
The Dominion Theatre is dedicated to making sure that Workshop Week 2011 is as safe and healthy as possible for all our students and staff. The risk assessments available for download below are to give parents and participants an idea of the activities we will be engaging in. Parental Permission forms are required for all students and no one can take part in Workshop Week without a signed form.
