Workshop Week: Drama Focus 13th and 14th April 2010
Drama Focus is a two day workshop event exclusively for 14 - 18 year olds which is designed to explore a variety of acting techniques and skills. Students will be put through their paces working creatively in groups and on their own. The workshops take place in the Dominion's professional rehearsal spaces, including the Studio.
The workshops will be led by experienced drama professionals who can also give you an insight into performing as a career. You will of course also get the opportunity to explore the Dominion Theatre on an exclusive backstage tour.
Price: £150 per person.

Please note that Drama Focus is very different to the full Workshop Week which will be back in Summer 2010. Drama Focus concentrates on acting skills and techniques and does not include any dancing/singing workshops. It is an ideal opportunity for those who are interested in acting to develop new skills and improve on techniques they may already have learnt at school or elsewhere. Previous experience is not essential but a desire to learn is.
Places are extremely limited with a maximum of 25 students attending the two day course. Workshops start at 10am prompt and the day finishes at 4pm. Students need to arrange their own accommodation/transportation and lunch.
