Technical Equipment Hire for Conferences

Obviously being a theatre we have a number of professional and creative Technicians on hand to advise and assist with your event. If you fancy doing something a little different please do not hesitate to contact us and we can work with you on your ideas. On the other hand if you just want to be able to plug your laptop into the projector we can do that too.

Technical Hire

Projector and Screen £125+VAT per day

PA system (where available) £125+VAT per day

DVD player £35+VAT per day

IPOD/MP3 player connection £5+VAT per day

Lighting rig hire (studio only) £250+VAT per day plus operator

Moving Lights - prices on request

Flipchart £20+VAT per day

Microphone (standard wired) and stand £40+VAT per day

Radio lapel mic - £50+VAT per day

Other equipment can also be hired in. Please contact us with your requirements and we can provide a quote.

Where a projector and screen, or PA system hire is required the price includes a technician for one hour for set up. Technician for operation or additional hours is £27+VAT per hour (minimum 4 hour call).

All our event spaces are now fitted with a wireless network - please request access when making your booking so that we can have an activation password arranged for you.
