Do you accept Theatre Tokens?

Theatre Tokens can be redeemed and purchased in person at the theatre box office or over the telephone.

How do I collect Pre-paid tickets?

Pre-paid tickets booked via the www.dominiontheatre.com, www.wewillrockyou.co.uk or www.ticketmaster.co.uk, may be collected at any time on the day of the performance.

Tickets booked through any other ticket agent can be collected from an hour before the performance.

Tickets may be collected by someone other than the credit card holder. They must bring with them a signed letter of authorisation including booking details from the credit card holder and a copy of the booking confirmation where possible.

What are the age restrictions?

The Dominion Theatre welcomes patrons of all ages, however we do advise against babes in arms as the current production is of a loud nature. Please be aware that all patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

There are no child concessions for the current production.

Anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Subject to availability, student and senior concessions are available for Monday- Thursday performances from the theatre box office on the day of the performance only. Please bring a valid form of identification with you.

Subject to availability, day seats are available for Monday-Thursday performances in person at the box office between 10am – 12 noon on the day of performance.

The theatre box office only sells tickets for events at The Dominion Theatre.

How do I book access requirement tickets?

To book tickets or discuss access requirements, please call our box office team on 020 7927 0929, between 10am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Is the theatre wheelchair accessible?

The theatre foyer is fully accessible for wheelchairs. There is a wheelchair lift providing ease of access to the stalls or there is ground level access to the Nederlander Box. Both areas have accessible toilets.

For events in the Studio access is available via the lift in the stalls. The Studio is also equipped with an accessible toilet.

Are there many stairs in the venue?

There are 9 steps down to the stalls and 2 flights of stairs up to the circle.

We would highly recommend stalls seating for anyone with walking difficulties.

What sort of hearing system do you have?

We have an infra-red hearing system installed in the auditorium allowing for the show to be accessible for the hearing impaired. The system operates on infra-red beams transmitted to a receiver which is on either a headset or a neck loop which the patron wears. We have both the headsets and neck loops available.

The headsets are worn like a stethoscope, with ear pieces that sit comfortably inside the ear.

The neck loop goes over the head like a necklace and creates a loop with the patron’s hearing aid, which must be set to the “T” or “loop” setting.

Patrons who would like to make use of this facility should contact the House Manager upon arrival at the theatre.

Do you have signed or captioned performances?

We host occasional signed performances of We Will Rock You in association with Theatresign. Please visit theatresign.com for details on the next signed performance which is scheduled for Friday 8th March 2013.

We don’t currently have captioned performances.

Guide dogs are allowed in the auditorium. Front of House staff are also available to dog sit if you would prefer.

Unfortunately we don’t currently have an audio described performance.

Strobe lighting is used at various points throughout the show.

A member of our team can be available to let customers know when this is coming up, please ask one of our Front of House team when you arrive at the theatre.
